The vision and purpose of the Administration and the staff at the KAPETANAKIS Gynecological Center for Reproduction and Genetics is to carry out safely and successfully the decision of our patients to have children with the sole purpose of the birth of a healthy baby.

Our goals at the KAPETANAKIS Gynecological Center for Reproduction and Genetics are:

  • To always provide high quality medical services.
  • To treat each couple individually with an emphasis on personal contact and care, personalized approach and seamless communication.
  • To follow Greek legislation and international guidelines, as well as the rules of medical ethics.
  • Taking the necessary protective measures aimed at the safety of patients, visitors and employees of the Center.
  • To apply the most advanced and effective assisted reproduction techniques.
  • To maintain very high success rates in our treatments.

The Administration and staff at the KAPETANAKIS Gynecological Center for Reproduction and Genetics are committed:

  • For the continuous monitoring of technological developments, the updating, training and evaluation of our staff.
  • For the continuous modernization of our equipment.
  • To comply with the legislative & regulatory provisions and other requirements drawn up by the National Public Health Organization, the World Health Organization or other involved authority.
  • For the continuous improvement of the services provided in order to continuously improve the satisfaction of our patients.
  • To ensure the protection of customers’ confidential information.
  • To ensure the security of the personal data of patients and employees of the Unit through compliance with the European GDPR Data Protection Regulation.
  • For the continuous monitoring of the Unit’s operations through a framework of indicators that are updated at regular intervals.
  • For the continuous monitoring of changes affecting Unit operation and the improvement actions resulting from them.
  • To monitor and manage incidents, near misses and adverse events.
  • To define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for measuring and monitoring the above 11 quality dimensions set by the EN 15224 standard.
  • For the strict monitoring and management of the clinical processes of the Unit and the operational environment as well as the clinical risks that may arise from them.
  • To continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
  • To monitor the Unit’s clinical processes and their integration into the Department’s processes through a specific framework of approvals and trainings.
  • The continuous provision of high-quality health, safety and customer service services that comply with the requirements of the 11 quality dimensions as described in EN 15224.
